Returns & Exchanges

At RE/DONE, we want you to love your heritage-inspired pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
